## Installation

1. Upload the folder to your PHP hosting/server.
2. Create a MySQL database.
3. Open `/install/` in the browser.
4. Complete database and admin account setup.
5. Delete the `/install/` folder after successful installation.
6. Login using the admin account created during installation.

## v1.0 Enterprise User Access Flow

- Public registration can be enabled from Settings.
- New users register with name, email, phone, organization, department, requested role, and reason for access.
- New accounts are created as Pending Approval and cannot log in.
- Admin reviews pending registrations from Staff & Roles > Pending Registrations.
- Admin approves/rejects and assigns organization, department, role, and optional user-level 2FA.
- Two-Factor Authentication sends a 6-digit email OTP and requires verification before login when enabled.
- Registration, approvals, rejections, OTP events, and login events are tracked in audit/notification/email-queue records.

## v1.0 Export Upgrade

GreenFlow Pro now includes Excel-compatible export support next to the PDF report actions.

### Export Formats

- PDF reports open in a new browser tab for review, print, or save.
- Excel exports download as `.xls` files that can be opened directly in Microsoft Excel, LibreOffice, or Google Sheets.

### Technical Note

The Excel export uses server-generated Excel-compatible HTML tables, so it does not require any external PHP package. This keeps the application lightweight and shared-hosting friendly.

## v1.0 Maintenance Fix

The Backup & Maintenance module has been adjusted so backup form processing happens before page output. This prevents PHP header warnings during backup record creation.
