During development, the project/demo will be hosted on my development or staging server for review and testing purposes.
The demo environment is intended only for:
The website/application will remain on the staging/demo server until the required milestone or final payment is completed.
After initial design approval, core development completion, or major module delivery:

Once the final payment is received, the approved project will be migrated from the demo/staging server to the client’s live server or hosting environment.
The agreed project scope includes standard revisions and fixes discussed during planning.

Once a page, design, or module is approved, future structural changes may require extra cost and additional delivery time.
If milestone payments are delayed, development, revisions, support, migration, or further updates may be temporarily paused until payment is cleared.
Full ownership, source files, credentials, plugins, themes, and project handover will be provided only after complete payment clearance.
If the project is cancelled after work has started, payments already made are non-refundable, as they cover development time, planning, server resources, design work, and implementation effort.
Timely feedback and approvals from the client help maintain the project timeline. Delays in communication may affect delivery schedules.
